Most residential properties require approximately one hour. Larger properties may require additional time, which will be discussed before proceeding.

A Sovereign Home Restoration is a remote energetic assessment, clearing, restoration, and enhancement of your home, land, or property. Using the information and photos you provide, I evaluate the energetic condition of the space, perform the restoration, and provide a detailed Report of Findings (ROF) report outlining my observations, what was addressed, and recommendations for maintaining the energetic health of your property.

1. Submit Your Restoration Request
Select your preferred date and time through my online scheduling calendar.
Your reservation request will be reviewed, and payment instructions will be sent separately.
Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your invoice, or your requested appointment time may be released.
Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received and your reservation has been approved.
2. Complete Your Intake
Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive your intake forms and instructions for submitting photographs of your property.
Photographs may include your home, surrounding land, structures, and specific areas of concern.
All required property information and photographs must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled remote restoration.
3. Energetic Restoration
At your scheduled appointment time, I perform the energetic assessment, clearing, restoration, harmonization, and enhancement of your property remotely.
You do not need to be present or join a virtual call.
If additional restoration time is needed, I’ll discuss the findings and associated fees with you and obtain your approval before proceeding.
4. Report of Findings (ROF)
Within two business days following completion of your restoration, you’ll receive your personalized Report of Findings (ROF).
Your report includes my assessment, areas of energetic compromise, what was cleared or restored, and recommendations for maintaining the energetic health of your property.
All approved fees must be paid in full, and any required information received, before the final ROF is released.

A Remote Sovereign Home Restoration begins at $333 for the initial hour, which includes your energetic property assessment, restoration work, and Report of Findings (ROF).
Some properties require additional restoration time depending on their size, complexity, or energetic needs. Additional time is billed at $166.50 per 30 minutes ($333 per additional hour) and is never performed without your prior approval.
In-person restorations are available on a limited basis and begin at $333 for the initial hour, plus separately disclosed travel time and applicable expenses. Additional restoration time is billed at the same rate of $166.50 per 30 minutes, with your approval before proceeding.
An optional 30-minute Sovereign Home Integration & Findings Consultation is available for $222.

Yes! While most Sovereign Home Restorations are performed remotely, in-person restorations may be available upon request, depending on your location and my availability.
In-Person Restoration Investment:
Initial Restoration: $333 for the first hour of energetic assessment, clearing, restoration, harmonization, and enhancement.
Travel Time & Expenses: Additional charges for travel time and applicable travel expenses are determined by your property’s location and will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
Additional Restoration Time: $166.50 per 30 minutes ($333 per additional hour), with your approval before proceeding.
Full payment of the initial restoration fee and agreed travel charges is required to confirm your appointment.
During an in-person restoration, you or an authorized representative must be present to provide access to the property. You do not need to participate in the energetic restoration work.
Findings and recommendations may be reviewed in person, time permitting. Your complete Report of Findings (ROF) may also be provided during the appointment once all approved fees have been paid in full. Otherwise, it will be emailed within two business days following completion of the service, subject to payment of any outstanding approved fees and receipt of any required information.

Every property carries its own energetic history.
Not every property has these influences present. When they are identified during my assessment, they are addressed as part of the restoration process, and any relevant observations will be documented in your Report of Findings (ROF).

A Sovereign Home Restoration is an energetic service and is not a substitute for a home inspection or evaluation by licensed professionals. I do not diagnose or repair structural, electrical, plumbing, environmental, mechanical, or other physical conditions of a property.
