My Story
Welcome! I'm Dr. Elizabeth.
I'm a chiropractor by training, but these days, I spend most of my time working with the energetic fields of my patients and clients. Over time, that work naturally expanded beyond the individual to the environments they live in and spend the most time in.
After all, the energy of our surroundings can influence how we feel, and I began recognizing that sometimes the space itself needed attention, too.
A Calling That Found Me
Sovereign Home Restoration wasn’t created from a business plan. It grew from years of quietly noticing something most people could feel but couldn’t explain. For more than a decade, through my work in chiropractic, natural medicine, nervous system regulation, and energetic healing, I found myself helping people restore not only their bodies, but also the spaces they called home.
Long before I ever received formal training in house clearing, I was already clearing homes intuitively. When my mentor announced he was teaching a house clearing course, I immediately knew I needed to be there. The class didn’t create this work. It simply gave language, structure, and deeper understanding to something I had already been called to do.
Homes Remember
Have you ever walked into a home and immediately felt something? Peace. Warmth. Tension. Grief.
Without anyone saying a word, you somehow knew. Most of us have experienced this. I believe our homes witness every season of our lives. They hold celebrations and heartbreak. Beginnings and endings. Laughter and loss. Just as we care for our bodies, our homes deserve intentional care as well.
More Than Four Walls
One of the greatest shifts in my own journey came when I realized that a home isn’t simply a structure.
I believe a home has its own consciousness and responds to the people living within it. When we intentionally clear residual energetic imprints, restore its original energetic blueprint, and enhance the space, we often create an environment that feels lighter, calmer, and more supportive for everyone who lives there.
Why I Do This
Outside of the relationship we have with ourselves, there is no place we spend more time than our home. It shapes how we rest. How we heal. How we connect. How we create memories.
My mission is to help restore homes, land, and properties to the highest level each property is capable of sustaining by identifying areas of energetic compromise, clearing what no longer belongs, restoring the property’s original energetic blueprint, and enhancing the environment so it can better support the people who call it home.
Because when we intentionally care for our homes the way we care for ourselves, both can thrive.

While my work through Sovereign Home Restoration focuses on restoring the energetic integrity of homes, land, and properties, I also help people restore balance within themselves through my chiropractic and energetic healing practice, Integrated Energetic Alignment.
